Decrease in the price of a kilogram of gold
The price of a kilogram of standard gold on the Borsa Istanbul Precious Metals and Precious Stones Market (KMKTP) fell to 4 million 155 thousand TL by the end of the day.
The price of a kilogram of standard gold, which saw a low of 4 million 135 thousand liras and a high of 4 million 200 thousand liras in the gold market, ended the day at 4 million 155 thousand liras, a decrease of 0.8 percent. The price of a kilogram of standard gold had closed the previous day at 4 million 188 thousand liras.
The total transaction volume for gold in the KMKTP was 3 billion 544 million 115 thousand 795.29 liras, and the transaction amount was 851.12 kilograms.
The total transaction volume for all metals was 3 billion 586 million 724 thousand 301.67 liras.
The institutions with the highest transaction volumes in the gold exchange today were Türkiye İş Bankası, Ahlatcı Döviz ve Kıymetli Madenler, Çakmakçı Kıymetli Madenler, Vakıf Katılım Bankası, and the Istanbul Gold Refinery.
