While volatility in fuel prices continues due to global oil markets, a discount has been applied to the diesel group. With the regulation effective as of midnight, the liter price of diesel decreased by 2.22 Turkish Lira.
Following the reflection of the discount at the pump, diesel prices were updated again in major cities. Accordingly, the liter price of diesel dropped to 94.98 TL in Istanbul, 96.08 TL in Ankara, and 96.38 TL in Izmir.
In eastern provinces, the liter price of diesel was announced as 97.78 TL. Prices may show minor differences between cities and stations due to distribution companies, free market conditions, and transportation costs.
Brent oil prices, exchange rates, and developments in international markets continue to be the determining factors in fuel prices. Fluctuations in global oil markets can lead to new changes in gasoline and diesel prices.
