The ENAGrup Consumer Price Index (E-CPI) increased by 5.68% in March. The 12-month increase in the E-CPI was recorded at 124.63%.
MONTHLY INFLATION STREAK IN ISTANBUL REACHES 57 MONTHS
According to the ITO data released on April 1, retail prices in Istanbul increased by 3.93% in March compared to the previous month, while wholesale prices rose by 3.78%. On an annual basis, the change was 78.25% for retail and 63.21% for wholesale prices. Thus, the monthly inflation streak has risen to 57 months.
Meanwhile, the March inflation data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) will be announced today at 10:00 AM.
