Esas Holding sells 4.2 billion TL worth of shares in Pegasus
Esas Holding announced that it has sold 3.85% of Pegasus' capital to international investors, generating approximately 4.2 billion TL in proceeds from the transaction.
Esas Holding has announced its decision to sell shares in Pegasus.
According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the holding company sold its 3.85% stake in Pegasus to two international institutional investors and one financial investor upon their request.

The transaction was executed at a price of 217.53 TL per share, representing a 7% discount compared to the pre-transaction closing price.
The sale generated approximately 4.2 billion TL in gross proceeds.
Citi acted as the sole bookrunner for the transaction. Following the transaction, Esas Holding's direct stake in Pegasus, which was 56.7%, is expected to become 52.8%.
