The meeting's organizer, the Turkey-US Business Council (TAİK), and sources close to the matter stated that Erdoğan and the Turkish delegation aim to encourage leading figures of the American business world to invest in Turkey during meetings coinciding with the United Nations General Assembly.
These four planned high-profile events are seen as one of the significant steps toward strengthening Turkey's relations with global markets.
