The number of investors on Borsa Istanbul has risen again this week following the decline in the previous week, reaching 8 million 291 thousand 424. In the same week, the equity value increased from 12.35 trillion TL to 12.55 trillion TL.
According to the report in Ekonomim, the number of equity investors at the Central Securities Depository (MKK) has turned upward again following a one-week decline.
According to the investor and account numbers announced by the MKK, the number of equity investors increased by 251 thousand 805 people in the week ending March 22 compared to the previous week. The number of equity investors rose from the level of 8 million 39 thousand 619 to 8 million 291 thousand 424.
