Fitch sets 'credit' calendar for Turkey
International credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has set two credit rating review dates for Turkey in 2024.
Fitch has published its "Rating Review Calendar for Countries" for 2024.
DATE FOR TURKEY ANNOUNCED
According to the calendar, the first date for Turkey was announced as March 8, 2024, and the second as September 6, 2024.
Credit rating agencies are not obligated to release a report on the dates they announce. However, while Fitch generally publishes reports on these dates, other major credit rating agencies such as S&P Global and Moody's may skip these dates.
Fitch most recently confirmed Turkey's credit rating as "B" on September 8, while upgrading its outlook from "negative" to "stable".
