Galatasaray has announced that it has paid off all its debts within the scope of the loan restructuring it carried out with the Banks Association. The club announced this significant development with an official notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
The statement included details of the loan agreement signed in March 2021 with a consortium consisting of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. and Denizbank A.Ş., which was later restructured in May 2021 and February 2023. The maturity of the agreement had been extended until May 2030. However, Galatasaray stated that it has fully paid off all its loan debts and related interest during this process.
The club respectfully announced this to the public, emphasizing that it has fulfilled its financial obligations.
