SÜMER VARLIK YÖNETİM IPO
The Capital Markets Board has approved the IPO application of Sümer Varlık Yönetim AŞ. According to the decision included in the SPK's weekly bulletin, the company will increase its current capital of 100 million TL to 118 million TL through a rights issue. With this increase, a total of 28 million TL worth of shares will be offered to the public, consisting of 18 million TL in new shares and 10 million TL in nominal value shares belonging to the current partner of Sümer Varlık Yönetim AŞ, ASV Holding AŞ. Shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 22.00 TL.
The company's book-building date has not yet been announced.
ÇAĞDAŞ CAM IPO
The Capital Markets Board has approved the IPO application of Çağdaş Cam Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. According to the decision included in the SPK's weekly bulletin, the company will increase its current capital of 137 million TL to 168 million TL through a rights issue. With this increase, a total of 42 million TL worth of shares will be offered to the public, consisting of 31 million TL in new shares and 11 million TL in nominal value (B) group shares owned by current partner Ömer Seyfetdin Pirinç. Shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 20.00 TL.
The company will collect demands between December 11-12.
