Everyone is turning to this profession: It earns 500 thousand TL per month

In recent years, many people from different professional groups have started turning to real estate to earn higher incomes.

Engineers, teachers, journalists, and civil servants state that they are multiplying their earnings in the real estate sector.

Aynur Taşyürek, who left her civil service job to become a real estate agent, said, “I earn at least 3-4 times the salary I used to earn. In fact, this rate can go even higher. I started my career as a civil servant, but I chose real estate, and I plan to do this job for many years.”

Gonca Keten Çimen, a teacher by training, stated that she turned to the real estate sector due to insufficient salaries, while Derya Filiz Dalga, who switched to real estate after many years of journalism, said, “An average real estate consultant can earn approximately 500 thousand TL per month by completing 4-5 transactions.

Since the opportunity for white-collar workers to earn at this level is quite low today, the transition to the sector is increasing rapidly,” she said.

Erkan Kömürcü, who works in real estate, stated, “University graduates cannot reach this level of income in their own fields. This is the main reason for the interest in the real estate sector.”
