New promotion agreements for teachers: Üsküdar and Başakşehir stand out

 The upcoming raises for the minimum wage, retirees, and civil servants continue to remain on the agenda. 

The commission, which held its first meeting on December 10 and its second on December 16, will hold its third meeting on Thursday, December 19, at 11:30 AM, hosted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security under the chairmanship of Minister Vedat Işıkhan.

All eyes have turned to the raises that will be granted to civil servants and retirees following the minimum wage announcement. The December inflation figure, which will be announced in the first days of January, will be influential in determining the raise rates.

With the potential raises, banks have also entered the competition for promotions. Banks have been updating their promotion figures one by one.

According to a report by TGRT Haber, the Üsküdar District Directorate of National Education in Istanbul has signed a 3-year promotion agreement with a private bank for 82,100 TL.

The Başakşehir District Directorate of National Education has signed a 3-year promotion agreement with a public bank for 79,000 TL.
