The payment dates for the 3000 TL retiree bonus for 2025 have been announced. The legislative proposal foreseeing an increase in the retirees' holiday bonus from 3 thousand liras to 4 thousand liras has not been discussed in the TBMM. Therefore, the Ramadan Feast bonus will be paid in two stages. The Social Security Institution (SGK) has made a statement regarding the retiree bonus payment dates. Accordingly, SSK, Bağ-Kur, and Emekli Sandığı retirees will receive their payments on different dates.

Bonuses without the raise are starting to be deposited into accounts as of today. Once the law is approved, the remaining amount will be paid. HOW MUCH IS THE 2025 RETIREE HOLIDAY BONUS?

AKP Group Deputy Chairman Abdullah Güler had announced the new holiday bonus amount. The retiree holiday bonus, which was 3 thousand TL last year, has been increased to 4 thousand TL with a 33 percent raise.

Retirees receive a bonus twice a year, for the Ramadan Feast and the Feast of Sacrifice. With this regulation, a total of 8 thousand TL in bonuses will be paid to retirees throughout the year.

AWAITING ENACTMENT

The legislative proposal regarding the increase of the retirees' holiday bonus from 3 thousand liras to 4 thousand liras is still awaiting enactment in the General Assembly of the TBMM.

Due to the proposal not being discussed in the TBMM, the Ramadan Feast bonus will be paid in two stages. The Social Security Institution (SGK) decided to deposit the 3 thousand TL portion into accounts starting today due to the delay in the enactment of the proposal.

After the law is passed, the remaining amount will also be paid to the retirees.

RETIREE HOLIDAY BONUS PAYMENTS STARTED TODAY

The Social Security Institution (SGK) announced the payment dates for the Ramadan Feast bonuses to be given to retirees in a post on its social media account.

Accordingly, the holiday bonus payments for retirees will have started as of Monday, March 24.

RETIREE BONUS PAYMENT DATES

The payment schedule for the 3 thousand TL retiree holiday bonus has been arranged according to the payment days of retirees receiving income and pensions under the SSK scope.

Accordingly;

Those with a salary payment day of the 17th, 18th, or 19th will receive their bonuses on March 24,

Those with a salary payment day of the 20th, 21st, or 22nd will receive them on March 25,

Those with a salary payment day of the 23rd, 24th, 25th, or 26th will receive their bonuses on March 26.

The holiday bonus for those receiving retirement pensions, widow's and orphan's pensions under the BAĞ-KUR scope will be paid on Thursday, March 27.

Those receiving pensions under the Emekli Sandığı scope will receive their holiday bonuses on Friday, March 28, along with their April period salaries.
