Preparations for the National Lottery's 2026 New Year's Special Draw have gained momentum. With the approach of the new year, the grand prize amount has been set at 800 million TL. At the current exchange rate, this figure corresponds to approximately 18.95 million dollars.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL EXCEEDS 4.6 BILLION TL
According to the statement from the National Lottery Administration, the total prize amount for the draw to be held on New Year's Eve will be 4 billion 644 million 700 thousand TL. As in previous years, the grand prize will be fully distributed this year, and the draw will continue until the ticket(s) winning the grand prize are sold.
GRAND PRIZE WILL BE SHARED
According to the special rule of the draw, the amount hitting the grand prize ticket will be distributed equally among the sold ticket or tickets. In other words, regardless of the share of the ticket winning the grand prize, it will be divided equally among the dealers where the winning ticket was sold.
WHEN DO NATIONAL LOTTERY TICKETS GO ON SALE?
2026 New Year's tickets will be available for purchase on November 9, 2025. Citizens will be able to obtain their tickets from fixed and mobile dealers or online platforms.
TICKET PRICES
The ticket prices determined for this year have been announced as follows:
Quarter ticket: 200 TL
Half ticket: 400 TL
Full ticket: 800 TL
Following the draw, all results, including the consolation prize, will be available on the National Lottery's official website. Citizens will be able to check the winning numbers and other results at www.millipiyangoonline.com.
