TÜİK announces inflation data: Dollar exchange rate rises
Following the announcement of November inflation data by TÜİK, the inflation figures have caused concern in the markets. After inflation rose by 2.24 percent in November and annual inflation reached 47.09 percent, the dollar exchange rate turned upward and rose to the 34.74 TL level.
According to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), inflation increased by 2.24 percent in November, reaching 47.09 percent on an annual basis.
HOW MUCH IS THE DOLLAR TODAY?
While inflation concerns continue to remain the prevailing sentiment in the markets following the data, the dollar exchange rate began trading at the 34.74 TL level.
On the other hand, the dollar's selling price was trading at 34.71 TL yesterday.
