Home Care Assistance monthly payment increased

Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş stated that they continue to strengthen family support programs within the framework of the Year of the Family and announced that the Home Care Assistance has been increased to 10 thousand 125 liras per month.

In a post on her social media account, Göktaş emphasized the importance of family-oriented social support, stating, "The family is our strongest bond, our safest harbor."

Noting that the Home Care Assistance, which is of great importance for disabled individuals to continue their lives with their families, is seen as one of the most valuable supports by the ministry, Göktaş stated that she visited the Yalçınkaya family, who receive assistance within this scope.

Minister Göktaş stated that family support programs have been strengthened and said, "In this direction, we have increased the monthly Home Care Assistance payment to 10 thousand 125 liras. We have made a total payment of 5.4 billion liras to 541 thousand of our citizens this month. We have provided 54.7 billion liras in support in 2024 alone."
