Huge price hike for carboy water
The wave of constantly rising prices has now increased the cost of carboy water. The latest price updates have been reflected to citizens as hikes of up to 25 percent.
Inflation and price hikes in the economy continue to affect the prices of basic necessities.
While exorbitant increases have been seen in many products, especially recently, drinking water has also received its share of this wave of hikes.
With the updated prices, the cost of a 19-liter returnable carboy of water has risen from 120 TL to 150 TL, which means an increase of 25 percent.
The same type of carboy from a different brand was increased by 21.42 percent, rising from 140 TL to 170 TL.
For 19-liter carboys that do not require a return, prices were updated from 210 TL to 240 TL, representing an increase of 14.28 percent.
