Investors take note: Tüpraş announces dividend decision

Tüpraş (TUPRS) has announced that a decision was made during its board meeting to distribute dividends for the 2023 fiscal year.

According to the statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the dividend payment will be made on September 27, and the dividends will be deposited into investors' accounts on October 1.

The statement noted that 23 billion lira in cash dividends will be distributed to shareholders, and that the total dividend payment of 23 billion TL and the general legal reserve of 2 billion 300 million TL will be covered from previous years' profits in the financial statements prepared according to the Tax Procedure Law and TFRS. It was stated that "According to calculations made in accordance with tax legislation, the 23,000,000,000.00 TL dividend to be distributed will be paid as a gross 11.9369175 TL (1,193.69%) and a net 10.7432257 TL (1,074.32%) per share with a nominal value of 1.00 TL."
