Koç Holding stated that there are no ongoing discussions with the QNB Group regarding the sale of the company's shares in Yapı ve Kredi Bankası AŞ.
In a statement made by Koç Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that following recent baseless comments and rumors on social media, claims have appeared in media outlets suggesting that negotiations are underway or have reached a final stage with the QNB Group regarding the sale of shares held by the company in its subsidiary, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası AŞ.

The statement concluded: "On the other hand, as we mentioned in our announcement dated June 13, 2024, we would like to remind the public once again not to give credence to false, incorrect, and baseless statements and comments regarding our company and the Koç Group, particularly those circulating on social media accounts, and that the most accurate information regarding our company and Koç Group companies can be found in the disclosures made by our company on the KAP and our corporate website."
