İŞKUR releases data: These sectors are looking for workers the most!

İŞKUR has released data regarding placements made as of the January-October 2025 period. In October, a total of 133,522 job placements were made, while 212,693 job openings were recorded.

JOB PLACEMENT FIGURES

In October, jobs were found for a total of 133,522 people through İŞKUR, consisting of 80,129 men and 53,393 women. This figure was composed of 60 percent men and 40 percent women. For the January-October 2025 period, a total of 1 million 298 thousand 953 job placements were made.

MANUFACTURING SECTOR HAS THE MOST PLACEMENTS AMONG SECTORS

Throughout the January-October 2025 period, the highest number of job placements by sector occurred in the manufacturing industry. The manufacturing sector was the sector with the highest number of total placements. In terms of professions, the areas with the most placements were seen in "Tourism and Hotel Management Staff," "Private Security Guard (Unarmed)," and "Sales Associate" professions.

NUMBER OF JOB OPENINGS INCREASED

In October, the number of job openings received by İŞKUR from employers was 212,693. As of the January-October 2025 period, a total of 2 million 101 thousand 49 job openings were recorded. A large portion of these job openings, at a rate of 98.7 percent, consisted of job openings received from the private sector.
