With the arrival of the new year, activity has begun on Borsa Istanbul. Following the approval of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the IPOs of Gülermak Ağır Sanayi İnşaat ve Taahhüt AŞ and Egeyapı Avrupa Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ will take place. GÜLERMAK AĞIR SANAYİ IS GOING PUBLIC

The first company to be offered to the public with SPK approval is Gülermak Ağır Sanayi İnşaat ve Taahhüt AŞ. The company's current capital will be increased from 300 million TL to 322.6 million TL. During this increase, 22.6 million TL nominal value (B) group shares will be subject to the IPO.

In addition, 6 million 596 thousand TL nominal value shares belonging to the existing shareholder Gülermak Emlak Yapı İnşaat Yatırım AŞ and 3 million 104 thousand TL nominal value shares belonging to Gülermak Turizm İşletme Yatırım AŞ will also be offered for sale. In total, 32.3 million TL nominal value shares will be offered to the public.

In case of excess demand, a total of 6 million 460 thousand TL nominal value of additional shares will be sold, consisting of 4 million 392 thousand 800 TL nominal value shares belonging to Gülermak Emlak Yapı İnşaat Yatırım AŞ and 2 million 67 thousand 200 TL nominal value shares belonging to Gülermak Turizm İşletme Yatırım AŞ. The IPO price of the company has been set at 125 TL per share with a nominal value of 1 TL.

EGEYAPI AVRUPA GYO IPO APPROVED

Another company to be offered to the public is Egeyapı Avrupa Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ. The company's current capital will be increased from 157.8 million TL to 200 million TL. During this increase, 42.2 million TL nominal value (B) group shares will be offered to the public.

Furthermore, 19 million TL nominal value (B) group shares belonging to the existing shareholder Hasan İnanç Kabadayı will also be offered for sale. In total, 61.2 million TL nominal value shares will be offered to the public. The IPO price has been set at 15 TL for a share with a nominal value of 1 TL.
