Kilogram price of standard gold starts the week lower
On Borsa İstanbul’s KMKTP, the kilogram price of standard gold fell by 0.8 percent to end the day at 6 million 237 thousand 700 lira.
In Borsa İstanbul’s Precious Metals and Diamond Markets (KMKTP), the kilogram price of standard gold closed the first trading day of the week lower.
The market saw an intraday low of 6 million 230 thousand lira and a high of 6 million 310 thousand lira. At the close, the kilogram price of standard gold fell by 0.8 percent to 6 million 237 thousand 700 lira.
The kilogram price of gold had ended Friday at 6 million 286 thousand 500 lira. Thus, on the first trading day of the week, the price followed a downward course compared with the previous close.
Total trading volume in gold on the KMKTP was recorded at 9 billion 418 million 65 thousand 875.16 lira, while trading quantity stood at 1513.39 kilograms.
Total trading volume across all metals also came in at 10 billion 100 million 44 thousand 845.63 lira.
