Koç Holding's negotiations to sell Yapı Kredi to First Abu Dhabi Bank did not yield a result. The sale did not take place, and the negotiations have been terminated.
According to the statement made by Koç Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it has been decided to terminate the negotiations for the sale of Yapı ve Kredi Bankası.
The statement made to the KAP is as follows:
"Following reports in the media, we had made a special case disclosure stating that we were conducting preliminary negotiations regarding the sale of our shares in Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. (YKB).
As no conclusion could be reached in the preliminary negotiations, it has been decided to terminate the negotiations."
