Limited increase in consumer confidence index
The Turkish Statistical Institute has announced the consumer confidence index data for August.
The consumer confidence index, calculated from the results of the consumer tendency survey conducted in cooperation with the Turkish Statistical Institute and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, increased by 0.6% in August to 76.4, up from 75.9 in July.
