Maintenance work to be carried out on electronic document systems

The Revenue Administration has announced that maintenance work is being carried out due to a technical issue occurring in e-Document applications. Accordingly, the e-Invoice and e-Waybill applications, as well as the e-Invoice and e-Waybill portals and e-Document inquiry services, will be unable to provide service until the maintenance work is completed.

The statement made on the official website of the Revenue Administration is as follows:

Maintenance work is being carried out due to a technical issue occurring in our Administration's e-Document applications. In this context, the e-Invoice and e-Waybill applications, as well as the e-Invoice and e-Waybill portals and e-Document inquiry services, will be unable to provide service until the work is completed. Therefore, it is possible for our taxpayers who use the e-Invoice and e-Waybill portals, as well as taxpayers registered to the e-Invoice and e-Waybill applications, to issue the documents they are required to prepare as printed (paper or e-archive invoice) documents. Further information will be provided by our Administration once the aforementioned work is completed. It is announced to the public.
