QNB Bank will temporarily suspend its trading on Borsa Istanbul as of August 15, 2025, to distribute Enpara Bank shares to shareholders. The trading sequence will reopen once the share distribution process is complete.
QNB Bank has announced that its trading sequence on Borsa Istanbul will be closed as of August 15, 2025, due to the distribution of Enpara Bank shares to shareholders.
As part of this process, which is being carried out as part of a demerger, QNB Bank shares will be temporarily suspended from trading before the morning session on August 15, 2025. Consequently, August 14, 2025, will be the final trading day for shareholders.
In accordance with the bank's request and considering the settlement process for share transactions, QNB Bank shares will resume trading once the distribution process for Enpara Bank shares is finalized.
Detailed information regarding when trading will resume will be announced via a statement from Borsa Istanbul on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). A reference price and free margin will be applied upon reopening.
