Major publicly traded holding company enters concordat process! Shares hit floor

Ral Yatırım Holding A.Ş. has entered the concordat process due to a contraction in financing channels and a squeeze in short-term cash flow. The Ankara 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance granted the company a 3-month temporary grace period, effective from October 19, 2026, under the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.

The company's statement regarding the concordat process was published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). Following the announcement, sharp selling was observed in RALYH shares traded on Borsa İstanbul. The stock closed the day at the floor price of 21.78 TL, down 10 percent.

Founded in 1976, the holding is known for its public projects and export activities. It was stated that the company exports more than 1,250 products to 80 countries through its subsidiary, Anadolu Mikronize.

In the KAP statement, it was stated that Ral Yatırım Holding had equity at the level of 9.2 billion TL as of June 30, 2026. While the company argued that there was no loss in its assets, it reported that the precautionary measure taken against the main shareholder personally was independent of the company's legal entity, but that it negatively affected the approach of financial institutions toward the holding.

MAJORITY OF DEBTS ARE IN RAL ENERJI

It was announced that the holding's total bank loan debt is 3.6 billion TL. It was stated that approximately 2.5 billion TL of this amount originated from Ral Enerji A.Ş., a 51 percent subsidiary of the holding. Accordingly, approximately 69 percent of the total bank loan debt is sourced from Ral Enerji.

Company management stated that the tightening of financing opportunities with banks and brokerage firms, as well as disruptions in financial cooperation for public projects, created pressure on cash flow. It was noted that the concordat application was made to ensure the sustainability of operations and to protect existing assets.

The holding emphasized that the temporary grace period granted by the court does not mean liquidation. The statement expressed that the process is a legal protection mechanism initiated for the restructuring of debts, the protection of assets, and the uninterrupted continuation of operations.
