As the economic crisis in Turkey continues to affect many large businesses, Taurus AVM has also been impacted by this situation and has filed for a concordat. The Ankara 1st Commercial Court of First Instance has appointed a Board of Concordat Commissioners and summoned creditors to a meeting.

According to a report by Ekonomim, the board appointed by the court will hold a meeting on June 18, 2025, to protect the rights of creditors. Prior to this meeting, creditors will be able to visit the company headquarters for seven days to examine the concordat documents.

Creditors attending the meeting must bring their identification documents and photocopies, while representatives of legal entities must provide their authorization documents. If someone else is attending on behalf of a creditor, a notarized power of attorney is required.

Holders of negotiable instruments must bring the originals and photocopies of the instruments. If the instruments are held by official authorities, documents proving this must also be submitted. Those unable to attend the meeting will be able to cast their votes in writing within seven days following the meeting date.
