Metro Ticari ve Mali Yatırımlar Holding A.Ş. has announced its decision regarding dividend distribution for 2024. The company reported a net loss of 2,039,958,972 TL as a result of its 2023 operations. For this reason, it has been decided that no dividends will be distributed in 2024. Additionally, it was reported that there is a loss of 3,656,539.35 TL in legal records.
LARGE LOSS IN 2023
The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on June 1, 2024, decided that the 2023 losses would be tracked in the previous years' losses account. It was announced that this decision by the company would be submitted for the approval of the shareholders.
GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING
Metro Holding will hold its ordinary general assembly meeting on June 28, 2024. The meeting will take place at the Metrocity Business Center in Şişli, Istanbul. During the meeting, financial reports for 2023 and other agenda items will be discussed.
RE-ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS
Important topics such as the approval of the independent audit firm for 2024, the election of board members, and the determination of the remuneration policy will be addressed at the meeting. Furthermore, information regarding the share buyback program and related party transactions will be presented to the shareholders.
