Stock market declined in the first half of the day

In the first half of the day, the financial index lost 1.93 percent, the services index 1.57 percent, the industrial index 3.02 percent, and the technology index 4.39 percent.

Compared to the previous close, 14 of the stocks included in the BIST 100 index rose, while 86 lost value. The most actively traded stocks were Turkish Airlines, Türkiye İş Bankası (C), Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, Tüpraş, and Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı.

The ounce of gold is trading at 2 thousand 252 dollars with a 0.9 percent increase in international markets, while a barrel of London Brent crude oil is trading at 86.7 dollars with a 0.1 percent decrease.
