Minister announces: Payments being deposited today
Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that 4.8 billion liras, consisting of 2.6 billion liras in elderly pensions and 2.2 billion liras in disability pensions for April, will be deposited into the accounts of beneficiaries.
Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş stated in a written statement that they are developing inclusive and regular social assistance programs for disabled and elderly citizens.
Stating that they stand by disabled and elderly citizens in every field from education to health, and from the economy to social life, to ensure their full and effective participation in social life and their ability to live independently, Göktaş used the expression, "In this direction, we are depositing 4.8 billion liras in elderly and disability pensions for the month of April into accounts."
