In orders where partial payments are accepted, an order form requirement has been introduced to prevent buyer grievances.
Authorized dealers will not be able to request any payment from the buyer without preparing this form, must deliver the vehicle for which a deposit has been taken to the buyer within 45 days, and will not be able to take a deposit exceeding 10 percent of the sale price until 7 days remain before the vehicle delivery.
