The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has put 12 properties in 10 provinces up for sale

The announcement by the Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance for investors has been published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, 12 properties located in the central districts of Afyonkarahisar and Yalova, Kuşadası in Aydın, Karacabey in Bursa, Palandöken in Erzurum, Şehitkamil in Gaziantep, Kartal in Istanbul, Konak in İzmir, Arifiye in Sakarya, and Ovacık in Tunceli have been put up for sale.

Temporary collateral amounts have been set for these properties, ranging from 750 thousand liras to 25 million liras, depending on the province and square footage.

The tenders will be conducted using the "bargaining" method by receiving sealed bids from multiple bidders and holding negotiations, and will be concluded with an open auction held with those with whom negotiations continue.

Real and legal persons, joint venture groups, cooperatives, foundations, real estate investment funds, and associations with provisions in their documents stating that they can acquire real estate will be able to participate in the tender.

Investors will be able to submit bids until November 28 for the properties in Afyonkarahisar and Bursa Karacabey Canbalı, and until November 29 for the properties in Karacabey's Kurşunlu, Erzurum's Palandöken, Tunceli's Ovacık, and Gaziantep's Şehitkamil regions.

The final bid submission date has been set as November 30 for the properties in Sakarya's Arifiye, İzmir's Konak, Yalova's central district, and Aydın's Kuşadası, and December 7 for the property in Istanbul's Kartal district.

Bidders participating in the tenders are required to obtain a separate tender specification for each property, submit a separate bid for each property, and deliver the bid along with the documents requested in the tender specification by hand to the institution's address at Ziya Gökalp Caddesi No:80 Kurtuluş/Ankara by 18:00 on the final bid submission date.
