Ministry to sell land at low prices in 47 cities, including Istanbul and Ankara

The Urban Transformation Presidency, under the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, is putting 826 various plots of land up for sale across 47 provinces in Turkey with advantageous terms for those looking to invest. The 826 plots located in central points of 47 provinces will be sold with a 25 percent down payment and a 24-month installment plan.

The Ministry announced that a 20 percent discount will be applied to cash payments. Online participation will also be available for the auctions to be held on April 24-25-26 at 10:30 AM.

47 PROVINCES INCLUDING ISTANBUL AND ANKARA

Plots designated for residential, commercial, industrial, and administrative facility use will be put up for sale, including 75 in Ankara, 18 in Istanbul, 38 in Kahramanmaraş, 43 in Kırklareli, 89 in Konya, 52 in Mardin, and 61 in Mersin.

APPLICATION DATES ANNOUNCED

The auctions will be held on April 24-25-26 at 10:30 AM. Bids can be placed online at emlakmuzayede.com.tr for the auctions to be held at the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building and the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center.
