Following its upgrade of Turkey's credit rating outlook, Moody's has conducted a rating assessment for Turkish banks.

In a statement released by the credit rating agency, it was noted that the rating outlook for 17 banks in Turkey has been revised from "stable" to "positive."

In an assessment made on January 12, Moody's had affirmed Turkey's credit rating at "B3" while revising its outlook from "stable" to "positive."
