Motion for 5,000 TL bonus for working retirees accepted
The motion for a 5,000 TL bonus for working retirees has been accepted by the Planning and Budget Committee. Thus, all retirees will receive a 5,000 TL bonus.
Following the statement by AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan, the regulation prepared by the AKP Group had been brought to the agenda of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) General Assembly.
Following the decision accepted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Planning and Budget Committee, it was approved that working retirees will also be given a 5,000 TL bonus.
Thus, it has been finalized that all retirees will receive the bonus.
THE MOTION WAS SENT TO THE TBMM TWO DAYS AGO
The motion prepared to be added as an introductory article to the Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws and Decree Laws, which will be discussed in the Parliament Planning and Budget Committee, was sent to the AKP Group two days ago.
Upon the instruction of President Erdoğan, two ministries completed their work. The draft law will come to the TBMM and was added to the omnibus bill as Article 80. Along with farmer and Bağ-Kur tradesmen retirees who could not benefit from the previous application, 4 million 689 thousand retirees will also receive a one-time 5,000 TL bonus.
With the enactment of the proposal, retirees who were previously excluded from the scope will have received their bonuses after December 15.
Thus, the October 29 Republic Day bonus, which covered 12.2 million non-working retirees, will be paid to all 15 million 120 thousand retirees with the new regulation.
