According to information shared by the CMB, Midas received administrative fines for several reasons, including the failure of the system backup regarding the order transmission system to meet legislative requirements, the occurrence of disruptions in the information systems infrastructure on various dates, and the establishment of contractual relationships and opening of accounts for customers without the institution performing address verification.
