Murat Kurum announces: New decision regarding TOKİ installments
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum stated, "We used to adjust monthly TOKİ installments based on civil servant salary increases. However, this time we took the CPI rate as a reference. We set the increase rate at 24 percent instead of 49 percent. Thus, we have provided a 50 percent contribution to our citizens in their installment payments."
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum made an announcement concerning hundreds of thousands of citizens who reside in Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) residences and are currently making payments.
NEW REGULATION FOR TOKİ PAYMENTS

As you know, we used to adjust monthly TOKİ installments based on civil servant salary increases. But this time, we took the CPI rate as a reference. We set the increase rate at 24 percent instead of 49 percent. Thus, we have provided a 50 percent contribution to our citizens in their installment payments. Best of luck."
