Natural gas and electricity prices in the spot market

In the spot natural gas market, the reference price for one thousand cubic meters of gas was set at 9,869 liras yesterday.

A total of 2 million 250 thousand cubic meters of gas was traded in the market. The balancing gas purchase price for market participants was determined as 10,362 liras and 45 kurus, while the sales price was 9,375 liras and 55 kurus.

While 200 million 762 thousand 847 cubic meters of natural gas entered Turkey yesterday, the amount of natural gas supplied to the market was recorded as 200 million 77 thousand 415 cubic meters.

In the spot market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity for tomorrow has been set at a maximum of 2,699 liras and 90 kurus and a minimum of 276 liras. According to Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data, the trading volume in the spot electricity market today decreased by 24.8 percent compared to yesterday, reaching 1 billion 44 million 925 thousand 355 liras.

In the day-ahead market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity for tomorrow was set at a maximum of 2,699 liras and 90 kurus per hour and a minimum of 276 liras per hour. Additionally, the arithmetic average price of one megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was 1,887 liras and 20 kurus, while the weighted average price was 1,898 liras and 72 kurus.

In the spot market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity was recorded today at a maximum of 2,700 liras and a minimum of 1,449 liras and 99 kurus.
