Natural gas prices have risen again! There is also an increase in electricity

In yesterday's spot natural gas market, the reference price for 1,000 cubic meters of gas was set at 10,418 Turkish liras and 39 kurus. According to data from Energy Markets Operation Inc. (EPİAŞ), the transaction volume in the market was 5 million 469 thousand 436 Turkish liras. This amount represents a 14.4% increase compared to the previous day. The gas trade volume was recorded at 525 thousand cubic meters.

For market participants, the balancing gas purchase price was set at 10,939 Turkish liras and 31 kurus, and the sales price at 9,897 Turkish liras and 47 kurus. While 134 million 533 thousand 349 cubic meters of natural gas were supplied to Turkey yesterday, the amount of natural gas offered to the market was announced as 135 million 381 thousand 498 cubic meters.

In the spot market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity for tomorrow has been set at a maximum of 2,568 Turkish liras and 58 kurus, and a minimum of 1,300 Turkish liras. According to Energy Markets Operation Inc. data, the transaction volume in the spot electricity market today increased by 42.3% compared to the previous day, reaching 1 billion 489 million 984 thousand 451 Turkish liras.

In the day-ahead market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity for tomorrow was determined to be at its highest at 09:00 with 2,568 Turkish liras and 58 kurus, and at its lowest at 03:00 and 04:00 with 1,300 Turkish liras. In the day-ahead market, the arithmetic average price of one megawatt-hour of electricity was set at 2,097 Turkish liras and 18 kurus, and the weighted average price at 2,138 Turkish liras and 21 kurus.

In the spot market, the price of one megawatt-hour of electricity was recorded today at a maximum of 2,621 Turkish liras and a minimum of 500 Turkish liras.
