The Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) has made changes to the investment ceilings of certain natural gas distribution companies and the service tariffs for fuel and LPG facilities.

The board decisions regarding the matter were published in the Official Gazette. Within the scope of the regulation, the investment ceilings used as a basis for the retail sales tariffs of Selçuk Doğal Gaz Dağıtım AŞ for the 2022-2026 period were revised. While the company's 2026 investment ceiling was set at 6 million 417 thousand 864 liras, the additional investment ceilings were set at 12 million liras and 43 million liras.

The transmission tariff for the fuel pipeline located between two storage facilities in Antalya belonging to the Ministry of National Defense's Fuel Supply and NATO POL Facilities Operation Department was also amended and approved. Accordingly, a service fee of 164.97 liras per cubic meter, excluding VAT, will be applied for the transmission of aviation fuels through the pipeline. The new tariff will come into effect on September 1.

The tariff for the department's TF-6 Antalya Tank Farm Depot in Konyaaltı, Antalya, was also reorganized. The daily storage service fee for aviation fuels at the facility was set at 3.27 liras per cubic meter, excluding VAT. For receiving and delivery services, a fee of 75.77 liras per cubic meter will be charged for sea vessels, and 90.90 liras for land vehicles. VAT will be added to these fees, and the tariff will be applied starting from September 1.

The daily storage fee for LPG mixture and autogas at the terminal was set at 24 liras per ton; the fee for each of the receiving and delivery services was set at 310 liras per ton. VAT will be reflected separately on the prices.
