Notable warnings for gold and silver investors from İslam Memiş
Expert İslam Memiş made important assessments regarding developments in the gold and silver markets and urged investors to be cautious.
Gold and money markets expert İslam Memiş made significant predictions regarding gram gold and ounce gold prices.
Memiş stated that while gram gold could rise to 4,500 TL and ounce gold to 3,500 dollars, he does not expect significant returns at these levels in the second half of the year.

Memiş noted that gold prices showed a 43 percent increase in the first quarter of the year, but that the rise would remain limited in the period ahead, suggesting that purchasing housing or vehicles might be a more logical investment than gold.
Predicting that gradual buying opportunities for gram gold continue and that prices could retreat to the 4,100 TL level, Memiş stated that he expects a new rise in gold prices after June.
Stating that technical corrections could occur in Borsa Istanbul and global stock markets, Memiş emphasized a short-term negative outlook. He expressed that the 9,550-point level could stand out as support at the market opening.
Regarding silver investments, Memiş stated that this metal requires long-term patience and that a different strategy should be followed compared to gold. He said that silver provided higher returns than gold in 2023 and 2024 and offers a valuable opportunity for investors.
