Price of gold per kilogram rises
The price of a kilogram of standard gold on the Borsa Istanbul Precious Metals and Precious Stones Market (KMKTP) has risen to 2 million 499 thousand Turkish liras.
Gold prices in the market saw a low of 2 million 450 thousand liras and a high of 2 million 499 thousand liras, with the price of a kilogram of standard gold closing the day at 2 million 499 thousand liras, an increase of 0.4 percent. Yesterday, the price of a kilogram of standard gold had finished the day at 2 million 489 thousand liras.
The total transaction volume for gold in the KMKTP was 2 billion 971 million 61 thousand 74.87 liras, while the transaction amount was 1,209.92 kilograms.
The total transaction volume for all metals reached a level of 3 billion 53 million 117 thousand 391.39 liras.
The institutions with the highest transaction volumes in the gold exchange today were listed as Istanbul Gold Refinery, NMGlobal Precious Metals, IAR Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals, Nadir Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals Trading, and Zirve Precious Metals.
