Price of simit increased in that province! Now 14 TL
Tradesmen's chambers in Edirne submitted a request for a price hike. Consequently, the sale price of simit has increased by 40 percent to 14 TL.
Following the rise in flour and input costs for bakers, the price hike request from the tradesmen's chambers was discussed.
With the decision taken, a 4 TL increase was applied to the simit, which was previously sold for 10 TL.
With the hike, the price of a 100-gram simit has been raised to 14 TL. Bread, which was sold for 7.5 TL in recent days, is now being sold for 10 TL following the price increase.
