Privatization Administration to sell 11 properties in 6 provinces

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance Privatization Administration (ÖİB) will privatize 11 properties in 6 provinces through a sale method.

The announcement by the ÖİB for investors has been published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, a total of 11 properties will be sold, including 3 in the Alanya district and 1 in the Manavgat district of Antalya; 2 in the Didim district and 1 in the Kuşadası district of Aydın; and one each in the Battalgazi district of Malatya, the central district of Kırşehir, the Arifiye district of Sakarya, and the Çiftlikköy district of Yalova.

DATES HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED

Bids for the properties located in Antalya can be submitted until July 30. July 31 has been set as the deadline for submitting bids for the properties in the Didim district of Aydın and in Malatya. Bids for the other properties can be submitted until August 1.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

Specification fees ranging from 5 thousand liras to 25 thousand liras have been set for the tender of the properties. Temporary deposit amounts range between 1 million liras and 30 million liras.

The tenders will be conducted using the "bargaining" method by receiving sealed bids from multiple bidders and holding negotiations.

Bidders participating in the tenders must obtain a separate tender specification for each property, submit separate bids, and deliver the relevant documents by hand to the Administration's address at "Ziya Gökalp Caddesi No: 80 Kurtuluş/Ankara" by 18:00 on the final bid submission date.
