The Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) has announced its statistics for December. In this context, it was determined that in 2023, İŞKUR facilitated the placement of 1 million 237 thousand 26 people in jobs.

THE 5 PROVINCES WITH THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF JOB PLACEMENTS

The province where İŞKUR made the most job placements during the January-November period was Istanbul, with 255 thousand 936 people.

Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 93 thousand 844 people, Bursa with 66 thousand 382 people, Izmir with 63 thousand 621 people, and Adana with 41 thousand 425 people.

In the January-December period of 2023, the highest number of hires in the industrial sector occurred in the field of "manufacturing".
