The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) announced its decision regarding the granting of an operating license to Ziraat Finansal Kiralama AŞ in the Official Gazette.
The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) has granted an operating license to Ziraat Finansal Kiralama AŞ.
The decision of the BRSA was published in the Official Gazette.
According to the decision, Ziraat Finansal Kiralama AŞ has received its operating license within the framework of the necessary legislation, following the establishment permit granted on July 4, 2024.
The decision included the following statements:
"In the Board meeting dated February 6, 2025, as a result of the examination of the letter dated February 5, 2025, numbered E-12509071-102.01.01-144017 and its annexes, it has been decided to grant an operating license to Ziraat Finansal Kiralama AŞ, which was permitted to be established by the Board's decision dated July 4, 2024, and numbered 10929, within the framework of Article 7 of the Financial Leasing, Factoring, Financing and Savings Financing Companies Law No. 6361, paragraphs (2) of Article 5 and Article 15 of the Regulation on the Principles of Establishment and Operation of Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies, and paragraph (2) of Article 57 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362."
