The decision for the urgent expropriation of certain properties in the Tamdere neighborhood of Giresun's Dereli district has been published in the Official Gazette.
The General Directorate of Highways (KGM) will urgently expropriate certain properties in the Tamdere neighborhood of Giresun's Dereli district.
The decision regarding the matter was published in the Official Gazette with the signature of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Accordingly, certain properties and the outbuildings located on them in the Tamdere neighborhood of Giresun's Dereli district will be urgently expropriated by the KGM for the construction of the "Dereli-Şebinkarahisar Provincial Road Maintenance Facility Site".
