The lower limit for taxpayers to request a VAT refund has been raised. According to the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette, the minimum application amount for transactions giving rise to a refund right has been increased from 2 thousand liras to 10 thousand liras.

The new regulation will cover transactions made starting from April.
