The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF) has put Mondi Mobilya up for sale. The decision was published in the Official Gazette.
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF) has put the 100 percent stake in Mondi Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, which is owned by the Treasury, up for sale.
According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, the sale of 30 million Mondi Mobilya shares, each with a nominal value of 1 TL, will be conducted with a starting price of 1.2 billion TL.
Bids for the tender, for which the participation guarantee is set at 60 million TL, can be submitted until June 24.
The tender will be held on June 25. Bids will be submitted in TL based on a cash price.
Bids not submitted in this manner will be rejected. The share transfer price will also be paid in cash, in full and at once.
