The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance will privatize 7 properties in 6 provinces through a sale method.

According to the ÖİB's announcement published in the Official Gazette, one property each will be sold in the Karataş district of Adana, the central districts of Yozgat and Karaman, the Didim and Kuşadası districts of Aydın, the Datça district of Muğla, and the Güzelbahçe district of İzmir.

For the properties in question, the tender specification fee ranges from 7 thousand 500 liras to 25 thousand liras, while the temporary guarantee deposit ranges from 2 million liras to 15 million liras.

The deadline for submitting bids has been set as February 11 for the tenders in Adana, Yozgat, and Karaman, and February 12 for those in Aydın, Muğla, and İzmir.

The tenders will be conducted through a "bargaining" procedure by receiving sealed bids from multiple bidders and holding negotiations. The tender will be concluded through an open auction with the participation of the bidders who continue in the bargaining negotiations.

Documents regarding the tenders must be delivered by hand to the ÖİB address at Ziya Gökalp Caddesi No:80 Kurtuluş/Ankara by 18:00 on the final bid submission dates.
